I moved to Beau Park Street a few months ago and notice the amount of cars using the parking spaces that should be available for the residents of the duplex houses. If you arrive after 8 o'clock at night the chances of finding a parking space available is minimum.

May be is time for the developing company to numbered this spaces.

The management company are suppossed to be issuing parking permits to those who pay their fees, and clamp those who do not have permits. Speak to Smith

It's bad as well at the other side of Beau Park Street.
The guys living in the apartments all park along one side of the road leaving barely room for a car. It's a real pain.

Surely both sides should be double yellow lines and the guys from the apartments should use the underground car park?!?

Maybe this will all be sorted when they actually bother to surface the roads properly!
